NOTICE is hereby given of a meeting of Full Council to which you are summoned to attend.

The Council will:
1. Note the contents of the report and the work carried out by Officers.
2. Note the work being carried out to appoint a joint consultant.
3. Consider the two options for the appointment of a joint consultant and advise officers which is the councils preferred option to progress.
4. Note the options presented for an open leat and advise officers which is the preferred option to progress.

    It was RESOLVED to accept the apologies presented.
