    CS.2026.036a It was RESOLVED to approve the market policy reports and documents subject to adjustments to all pricing to include VAT and updating the Market Operators Policy for job titles, current financial year and typographical errors.

    CS.2026.036b It was RESOLVED to approve the Events application form and terms and conditions, subject to adjustment of all prices to include VAT.

    Decision

    CS.2026.037 It was RESOLVED to approve the proposed initial charging structure of £3 per local one-way trip within the Bodmin area, £30 per return trip to Treliske hospital (Truro), other fares decided on the scale in between, upon application.

    CS.2026.042 It was RESOLVED to note the mayor's report, that Cllr J Burden would report back from Bodmin Rugby Club's April committee meeting and Bodmin's visit would be further discussed at the next Community Services Committee meeting.
